In the spring of 2016, a long-simmering feud between rival gangs in Wichita, Kansas, tragically culminated in the death of 19-year-old Samuel Meza, a Hispanic male. On the evening of March 21st, what began as a verbal confrontation in the 2400 block of North Jackson escalated into violence an hour later.
