In the early morning hours of June 10, 2016, the life of Troy E. Philbrick, a 39-year-old Caucasian male from Wichita, Kansas, was tragically cut short. An unknown individual shot and killed Philbrick in his home located in the 4200 block of East Wildflower Circle, in the Oaklawn area situated between the city limits of Wichita and Derby.
