On a summer night in Wichita, Kansas, the life of 36-year-old Jesse Aron Villalobos-Ibarra was tragically cut short. On August 18, 2018, the father of two became a victim of gun violence in a double homicide that also claimed the life of 24-year-old Manuel Otano Hernandez.
