Edgar Banks, 31, a Black male, was found shot in the 3000 block of Parkwood Boulevard in Kansas City, Kansas, on the afternoon of Sunday, May 26, 2019. Police were dispatched at 1:58 p.m. and arrived to find him suffering from multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Local reports soon identified him by name and confirmed his age and residence in Kansas City, Kansas.
