On a summer afternoon in Topeka, Kansas, the life of 18-year-old Ashley Usher, a White/Caucasian female, was cut tragically short. On August 17, 2019, authorities were called to a residence shortly after 1 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Ashley Usher unresponsive, having sustained a gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to a local hospital.
