Death by Force

In the late afternoon of a Saturday in Salina, Kansas, first responders were dispatched to a residence at 1100 North 10th Street for what was reported as a medical emergency. Upon their arrival at approximately 4:26 p.m. on November 30, 2019, they discovered 52-year-old Phillip R. Grubbs Jr. deceased inside his home.
