In the early evening of March 31, 2020, the life of 19-year-old Devin Dwight Dwigans, a White male, was tragically cut short in Wichita, Kansas. Officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of South Davidson around 5:25 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Devin's body in a grassy area near some homes. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
