In a tragic turn of events on October 12, 2020, 68-year-old Troy L. Harris, a male resident of Wichita, Kansas, was fatally shot. The incident unfolded around 1 p.m. at an apartment complex located in the 2700 block of South Emporia, near the intersection of Pawnee and Broadway. Troy Harris himself managed to call 911, reporting that he had been shot in the chest while visiting his younger brother's apartment.
