In a tragic incident on March 19, 2017, in Wichita, Kansas, 17-year-old male Michael Farrow was fatally shot. The altercation that led to his death stemmed from a dispute with his father, Glen Farrow, concerning the date he was meant to return to school after spring break.

The argument took place in the front yard of their home on North Minnesota. As the disagreement escalated, Glen Farrow, then 41, produced a handgun. Michael attempted to flee the scene, running eastbound from the yard. ...
