In the summer of 2020, on June 19th, the life of 21-year-old Kevin A. Palma-Rodriguez was tragically cut short in Syracuse, Kansas. A 911 call at approximately 11:57 a.m. reported a shooting at the Country Café apartments, drawing deputies from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office to the scene. Inside one of the apartments, they discovered Palma-Rodriguez, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
