On a Saturday evening in Wichita, Kansas, the life of 42-year-old Alicia Botello was tragically cut short in an act of domestic violence. On August 15, 2020, outside of her home in the 600 block of West 25th Street South, an argument with her ex-husband escalated into a fatal encounter. The man, identified as 44-year-old Victor Rodriguez-Martinez, had come to her residence where a dispute over property began.
