Marcus Gaiter, a 25-year-old male from Chicago, was fatally shot on October 31, 2013. The incident occurred in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood, where Gaiter was sitting in a vehicle with another individual on the 8600 block of South Morgan Street around 9:45 p.m. when he heard shots and felt pain.
