Rajeeni Bennett, a 39-year-old Black/African American woman, was found deceased in her Kansas City, Kansas, home on the evening of October 28, 2020. Police had responded to a call about a shooting at a residence in the 1700 block of Short Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Bennett inside the home.
