Adam Lewis Carroll, a 20-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2021, in Lenexa, Kansas. The incident that led to his untimely death occurred at approximately 1:15 p.m. at the Lenexa Crossing Apartment Homes. Reports from the Lenexa Police Department indicate that Carroll was fatally shot by a friend in what was believed to be an unintentional killing.
According to the preliminary investigation, the friend was handling a firearm when he "negligently discharged" the
