In the early morning hours of September 2, 2021, 32-year-old Jason D. Huber was riding his three-wheeled bicycle near Central Riverside Park in Wichita, Kansas. His journey was tragically cut short when a man, who had been crouching by a wall of the Little Arkansas Bridge, stood up and opened fire.
