On the evening of January 14, 2015, in Wichita, Kansas, a family was shattered by a tragic act of violence. Uel Alvarado-Meraz, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, was found deceased in an apartment he shared with his twin brother. However, law enforcement records and news reports from the time clarify that the deceased individual was in fact Manuel Alvarado-Meraz, Uel's twin brother. The events of that night would unravel a story of familial strife that ended in a double homicide.
