Brandon Torres, aged 21, was shot and killed on November 18, 2013, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident took place in the New City neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Brandon was in the backseat of a vehicle when he was targeted and shot in the head. The shooting happened early in the morning, and despite prompt medical attention, he was pronounced dead the following evening.
