Charles "Charlie" Perez, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. Charlie was attempting to sell his father's Honda Civic through Facebook Marketplace when he was lured to Englewood under the pretense of meeting a buyer.
