Death by Force

On June 8, 2015, at approximately 4:01 pm, Qur’an R. Vines, a 21-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred in the rear of the 5100 block of Southern Avenue, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
