On January 7, 2017, at approximately 4:13 p.m., 23-year-old Devin Hall was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside a vehicle on the 3500 block of 6th Street, SE, Washington, D.C. Emergency responders transported him to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
