Death by Force

Daquan Hooks, aged 38, was fatally shot on March 23, 2017, in Washington, DC. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of Congress Street SE. Hooks was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Metropolitan Police Department launched an investigation into the homicide, which led to the identification of a suspect.
