On a Wednesday evening in Washington, D.C., a young woman’s life was tragically cut short by gunfire. Danjellicca V. Ball, a 25-year-old female from Maryland, was in the Deanwood neighborhood of Northeast D.C. on November 15, 2017, when the fatal shooting occurred.
