In the winter of 2018, the life of 16-year-old Taiyania Thompson was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. The female teenager was discovered unresponsive inside a Northeast apartment on January 25th, located on Mount Olivet Road. She had sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to a local hospital in very serious condition.
