On a Sunday in May of 2018, 39-year-old Ronald William Richardson Jr., a male resident of Northeast Washington, D.C., was found dead inside a residence. The discovery was made at approximately 11:15 a.m. in the 2300 block of 4th Street, Northeast, after police were called to check on his welfare. Upon arrival, officers found Richardson unconscious and unresponsive, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services responded to the scene but found no signs of life.
