James Thomas Dunn, aged 37, was found dead on September 22, 2018, in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, Dunn was discovered suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
