On December 28, 2019, at approximately 3:20 AM, 28-year-old Tarriq Curtis Childs was found shot and killed in the Unit block of Riggs Road, NE, Washington, DC. Childs, a resident of Silver Spring, MD, was discovered in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
