In the summer of 2020, on the evening of June 19th, the life of 28-year-old Alante Moore, a Black male from Southwest, Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short. At approximately 8:12 PM, gunshots rang out in the 1500 block of 19th Street, Southeast, in the Fairlawn neighborhood.
