On a summer evening in Washington, D.C., 45-year-old Tamika Jones, a female resident of Northeast, D.C., became the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident occurred on Friday, July 10, 2020, in the 700 block of 21st Street, Northeast. First responders were dispatched to the scene following reports of a shooting.
