Shana Prophet, a 28-year-old resident of Newberry, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on July 3, 2016. The incident occurred at the couple's home on Allen Bridge Road in Laurens County. Shana was fatally shot by her boyfriend, Ronald Duyane Davis, in the early hours of the morning. According to reports, Davis called 911 and claimed that Shana had pointed a gun at him, prompting him to take it away and shoot her in self-defense.
