On July 13, 2020, at approximately 2:03 PM, 27-year-old Senquea Whitley was shot and killed in the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the homicide.
