In the summer of 2020, on the afternoon of Monday, July 13th, the life of 27-year-old Senquea Whitley was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. Emergency services responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 2:05 p.m. in the 3900 block of Clay Place, Northeast.
