In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Washington, D.C., violence erupted that would tragically cut short the life of a 30-year-old male resident. On April 20, 2021, at approximately 10:35 p.m., officers from the Fifth District of the Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the Unit Block of Franklin Street, Northeast, following a call to investigate trouble in the area.
