On the morning of June 3, 1999, Dennis Troy Sargent, a 31-year-old White male, was working as a supervisor at an Albertsons grocery store on Sahara Avenue and Valley View Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. In a sudden and horrific turn of events, his life was cut short in a senseless act of violence that also claimed the lives of three of his colleagues and left another seriously wounded.
