In the late hours of a Friday night in February 2014, the life of Harold Byron Twigg II, a 44-year-old Caucasian male, came to a tragic end in Las Vegas, Nevada. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a dedicated officer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for 17 years, his death on February 21, 2014, was a shock to those who knew him.
