On the evening of November 13, 2014, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Las Vegas police responded to a reported shooting at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Torrey Pines Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered 49-year-old Marlon Baylor lying in the street with a gunshot wound. He was transported to University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
