On March 28, 1990, Norman Lawrence Rich, also known as "Semo" or "Mo," was shot and killed in his home at 507 M Street, NE, Washington, D.C. Rich was 34 years old at the time of his death. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene after receiving reports of a shooting, and found Rich deceased inside his residence.
