Do you know who murdered Norman Rich? In the spring of 1990, the life of 34-year-old Norman Lawrence Rich, a male known to his friends as 'Semo' or 'Mo,' was cut tragically short. On the afternoon of March 28th, police were called to his home in the 500 block of M Street NE in Washington, D.C., following reports of gunfire. Inside, they discovered Rich in a bedroom, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind three children.
