On February 1, 2016, a tragic incident occurred in Henderson, Nevada, resulting in the death of 26-year-old Johnny Dee Haney II. Haney was fatally shot outside an apartment complex while he was walking his four-year-old daughter back to her mother's residence. The event was witnessed by several individuals, including Elizabeth Waiele, who saw the shooting from her apartment window.
