A recent transplant to Las Vegas, 33-year-old Edgar Palomino, a Hispanic male, had just relocated to be nearer to his family, completing his move only four days before his life was tragically cut short. On April 17, 2016, Palomino and his brother, 29-year-old Javier Rodriguez Ruiz, were fatally shot in the early morning hours. The incident occurred outside a residence in the 2400 block of East McWilliams Avenue, near North Bruce Street and Maryland Parkway.
