In the early hours of a Friday morning, the life of 32-year-old Angel Thompson, a Black/African American man, was tragically cut short. On March 24, 2017, in Henderson, Nevada, Thompson, a rapper and father, found himself at a gathering that would unexpectedly turn fatal. An argument erupted between Thompson and another man at the Lakewood Cove Apartments, located near East Warm Springs Road.
