Patricia Louise Mestas, a 67-year-old female from Menifee, California, was a vibrant and beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother with a passion for country music. Her life was tragically cut short on the night of October 1, 2017, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She had traveled to Las Vegas to attend the Route 91 Harvest Festival, an open-air country music concert. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion turned into a scene of unimaginable horror.
