On the evening of Thursday, October 26, 2017, a dispute in a convenience store parking lot in Las Vegas escalated into a fatal shooting, claiming the life of Eugene Thomas Bell. The Black male victim, who was 32 years old, was shot and killed near the intersection of East Charleston Boulevard and U.S. 95.
