In the early morning hours of November 2, 2017, the life of 26-year-old Hispanic female Luz Linares was tragically cut short in Reno, Nevada. Responding to reports of gunshots shortly before 5 a.m., Reno Police officers discovered Linares deceased inside her running vehicle at the intersection of Parkview Street and Mazzone Avenue.
