Michael Lamar Ragland, a 46-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the evening of May 27, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident occurred at the Siegel Suites on Boulder Highway, near East Flamingo Road. Police were called to the scene just after 8:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Ragland with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
