On the evening of August 5, 2019, a day shy of his 59th birthday, Jeffrey Kay Boyajian, a 58-year-old Caucasian male, was driving into Las Vegas with a female companion. He had recently relocated from Las Vegas to Lake Elsinore, California, and was returning to celebrate his upcoming birthday with his mother.
