On October 9, 2020, a tragic incident occurred in North Las Vegas, Nevada, resulting in the deaths of two individuals, Rafael Antonio Meneses and Debra Gallegos. Rafael Antonio Meneses, a 52-year-old man, was fatally shot by Debra Gallegos, a 50-year-old woman, in what was later determined to be a murder-suicide.
