In the pre-dawn hours of March 12, 2022, 18-year-old Naomi Irion, a White female, sat in her car in the parking lot of a Walmart in Fernley, Nevada. She was waiting for a shuttle to her job at a Panasonic factory, a routine part of her day. Surveillance footage captured a man approaching her vehicle at approximately 5:24 a.m. and getting inside.
