In the early morning hours of March 29, 1998, the life of 16-year-old Pariss Davis was tragically cut short on a street corner in Denver. Davis, a Black male, was standing at the intersection of East 26th Avenue and Humboldt Street, located just behind Manual High School, when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up beside him. An interaction occurred between Davis and the occupant or occupants of the car, which ended with him being fatally shot.
