On an autumn evening in Denver, Colorado, the life of 34-year-old Alonzo Jose Luis Bencomo was tragically cut short. On October 3, 2011, the Hispanic male had just returned to his residence at 250 South Osceola Street. After parking his vehicle in the alley near his garage, he walked into the sanctuary of his own backyard. It was there that he was confronted by several individuals and fatally shot.
