In the crisp autumn of 2014, the life of 31-year-old Jamarlon Quitin Keys, a male and a U.S. Army veteran, was tragically cut short in Colorado Springs, Colorado. On the evening of October 7th, police responded to a call in the 900 block of Acapulco Court, where they discovered Keys suffering from a gunshot wound.
