On a cold February evening in Pueblo, Colorado, a life was tragically cut short in a sudden act of violence. Carlos Perea, a male, was a passenger in a car traveling on Abriendo Avenue, near the city's main library, on February 6, 2015. An argument reportedly broke out with individuals in an adjacent vehicle, a dispute that quickly and fatally escalated.
