In the fading light of a Wednesday evening, on September 26, 2018, a violent altercation in an alleyway in east Denver tragically cut short the life of 25-year-old Andro Charles Lowate. Lowate, a male of African descent whose family hailed from Sudan, was sometimes known to his friends as Andrew.
